We understand that many of our clients are already tracking statistics with various tools, like Microsoft Excel, Google Docs or even other statistics tracking and management software, so we made it really easy to upload your data.
We have two ways to upload your information. You can either create and upload data to new graphs at the same time, or just uploading values to a single graph. All you need to do is save your data in a CSV format that we need.
Yes, we believe that your data belongs to you. Because of this, on every graph view page, we provide an "Export" link that will provide you with all of your graph data including dates, notes, percentage change over previous period and cumulative sum over the period.
We treat your information as highly confidential and secure. All access to MetaPulse is delivered over an SSL connection to prevent man in the middle attacks.
Further, our service is maintained by the industry standard in Operations support through the Ruby on Rails Operations as a Service platform by our partners at reinteractive. This service provides constant monitoring and patching of security alerts.
On top of that, our servers include enterprise-level redundant firewalls, application level security, multi-level intrusion protection and DoS/DDoS protection.
